Instructions

- Mix the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and chopped vegetables in a bowl.
- Fill each chicken breast with the creamy vegetable mixture.
- Bake covered for 25-30 minutes, uncover for the last 10 minutes.
- Serve once cooked through, letting it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
