Ingredients
- 1 ยฝ cups almond flour
- ยฝ cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ยฝ teaspoon nutmeg
- ยฝ cup sweetener (erythritol or stevia)
- 3 large eggs
- ยฝ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ยผ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ยฝ cup sugar-free chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Prepare an 8ร8 inch baking dish by greasing it with coconut oil or lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweetener in a large bowl.
- Combine the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla in another bowl and whisk together.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir gently until incorporated. Add in any optional chocolate chips or nuts.
- Bake the mixture in the prepared dish for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares and serve.
