Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 pound of scallops (preferably dry-packed)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or plant-based butter for a vegan option)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them in half lengthwise.
  3. Sear the scallops in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown.
  4. Make the garlic butter sauce by sautéing minced garlic in butter.
  5. Combine the scallops with the garlic butter sauce and herbs.
  6. Bake the lobster halves topped with the scallops and garlic sauce in the oven.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
