Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 1 pound of scallops (preferably dry-packed)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or plant-based butter for a vegan option)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them in half lengthwise.
- Sear the scallops in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown.
- Make the garlic butter sauce by sautéing minced garlic in butter.
- Combine the scallops with the garlic butter sauce and herbs.
- Bake the lobster halves topped with the scallops and garlic sauce in the oven.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
