Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 8 oz noodles of your choice (egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable oil. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and sauté them until cooked through—about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant. Then mix the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl and pour over the chicken. Stir well to coat.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken, ensuring everything is well combined and heated through—about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the dish, garnish with freshly chopped green onions, and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overcook the chicken to avoid dryness. Adjust sauce sweetness to taste. Customize your noodle type as preferred.
