Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
