Description

A deliciously rich and creamy Skillet Bang Bang Chicken Thighs recipe featuring tender chicken thighs in a flavorful sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha (adjust based on spice preference)
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet once the oil is hot.
  4. Cook for about 7-8 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and crispy, then flip the thighs and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes.
  5. Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl while the chicken is cooking.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs once they are fully cooked, and reduce the skillet heat to low.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
