Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup of Bang Bang sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Prepare the coating by mixing flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken thigh in the seasoned flour until fully coated.
- Cook the chicken in a hot skillet over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Add Bang Bang sauce to the cooked chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes.
