Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup crushed crackers for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Place them in a greased baking dish.
- Combine the ranch dressing and half of the shredded cheese in a separate bowl. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top of the chicken, followed by the remaining cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese has melted.
