Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray or cooking oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the breading stations in three separate bowls.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with pretzel crumbs.
  4. Bake the coated chicken on a lined baking sheet for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
