Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups pretzel crumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray or cooking oil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the breading stations in three separate bowls.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with pretzel crumbs.
- Bake the coated chicken on a lined baking sheet for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Make the Mustard-Cheddar Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and paprika, then mix in cheddar until smooth.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce on the side, garnished with fresh parsley.
