Ingredients
- 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- ¼ cup of honey
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by coating the chicken pieces in cornstarch.
- Heat the olive oil and sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger in a bowl.
- Pour the honey sesame sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss to combine.
- Serve over a bed of rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
