Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles or your pasta of choice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- Prepare the beef by heating the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces.
- Add in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Create the sauce by mixing soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl, then pour over the cooked beef and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture, tossing everything together until well coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
For variations, consider using gluten-free noodles or adding steamed vegetables. Adjust sweetness by changing brown sugar amounts.
