Description

A cozy and comforting dish perfect for autumn, featuring tender chicken breasts baked with a creamy ranch yogurt coating and topped with mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by placing it in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning in a bowl until well blended.
  4. Coat the chicken with the yogurt and ranch mixture evenly.
  5. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the coated chicken.
  6. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Serve and enjoy after letting the chicken rest for a few minutes.
