Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken by placing it in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning in a bowl until well blended.
- Coat the chicken with the yogurt and ranch mixture evenly.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the coated chicken.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve and enjoy after letting the chicken rest for a few minutes.
