Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast tenders
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- Olive oil or avocado oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs in another bowl until well beaten.
