Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • Olive oil or avocado oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
