Description

A delightful wrap filled with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and a hint of garlic, all wrapped in a low-carb tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and creamy.
  3. Lay out your low-carb tortillas on a clean surface.
  4. Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
