Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 low-carb tortillas
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and creamy.
- Lay out your low-carb tortillas on a clean surface.
- Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly from the bottom.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing them in half.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor.
Notes
For best flavor, use roasted or grilled chicken and feel free to mix in other cheeses like cheddar for an extra kick.
