Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large low-carb tortillas or lettuce leaves
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Lay out your low-carb tortillas or lettuce leaves on a clean surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the wraps.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
- Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicy twist, add diced jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
