Description

Warm and hearty Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps, perfect for cool autumn evenings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas or lettuce leaves
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Lay out your low-carb tortillas or lettuce leaves on a clean surface.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the wraps.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
