Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for desired spice level)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Lettuce leaves (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a large bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, sugar-free sweetener, lime juice, and sesame oil in a separate bowl until well combined.
  4. Remove the chicken from heat and pour the bang bang sauce over it. Toss to coat thoroughly.
  5. Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Using a non-stick skillet will prevent sticking. Chill the sauce for extra flavor.
