Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 16 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the chicken in a skillet with olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and oregano, until golden brown.
- Sauté the mushrooms in the same skillet, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Prepare the cream sauce by stirring in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted.
- Combine everything by slicing chicken and arranging it in a baking dish; pour the sauce over.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
