Ingredients

- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned chicken thighs.
- Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place the seared chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix together the sour cream and ranch dressing in a separate bowl, then spread this mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
