Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (or regular honey with a dash of hot sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
