Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in a tablespoon of olive oil until translucent and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute before pouring in the heavy cream and stirring.
