Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a zip-top plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
- Rest and Garnish: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
