Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or your choice of halal ground meat)
- 3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or your preferred cooking oil)
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and rinse the broccoli florets.

- Add the Ground Meat: Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground meat to the skillet. Break it apart and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate Broccoli: Add the broccoli florets and stir well. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Cover the skillet and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until broccoli is tender but still bright green.
- Season it Up: Season with ground black pepper and salt, adjusting to taste. Mix everything well.
- Serve: Serve this delicious Hamburger Meat and Broccoli dish over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
