Description

Delicious and crispy gluten-free chicken fritters, perfect for fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture by combining the ground chicken, gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the egg into the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Form little patties, about 2 inches in diameter, using a handful of the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drain the fritters on a paper towel-lined plate and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
