Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the mixture by combining the ground chicken, gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the egg into the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Form little patties, about 2 inches in diameter, using a handful of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain the fritters on a paper towel-lined plate and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
