Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the halved baby potatoes in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and nestle them into the baking dish with the potatoes.
- Make the sauce by mixing garlic, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl, then pour it over the chicken and potatoes.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25-30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
