Description

This frozen cold brew coffee slushie combines rich cold brew coffee with ice, milk, and a touch of sweetness for a smooth and frosty pick-me-up. Easy to customize and ready in minutes, it is the perfect refreshing coffee treat for warm days or whenever you are craving a coffee shop-style blended drink at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee concentrate or strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 2 cups ice cubes, plus more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, maple syrup, or honey
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Instructions

  1. Gather the chilled cold brew coffee concentrate, ice cubes, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  2. Pour the cold brew coffee concentrate into a blender.
  3. Add the milk or dairy-free alternative, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add 2 cups of ice cubes to the blender.
  5. Secure the blender lid and begin blending on low speed.
  6. Gradually increase the speed and blend until the mixture is smooth and reaches a thick, slushy consistency.
  7. Pause and scrape down the sides of the blender if needed, then continue blending.
  8. If the slushie is too thick, add a small splash of milk or coffee.
  9. If the slushie is too thin, add additional ice and blend again.
  10. Taste and adjust the sweetness as desired.
  11. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use well-chilled cold brew concentrate for the coldest, smoothest texture without diluting the coffee flavor. Add more ice for a thicker slushie or more milk for a creamier consistency. Customize with cinnamon, caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, or your favorite dairy-free milk.
