Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Optional: chili flakes to taste
- Optional: lemon juice to taste
Instructions
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Mix the maple Dijon glaze in a bowl.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place drumsticks in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the drumsticks and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes.
- Brush the glaze on the chicken in the last 3 to 5 minutes of cooking.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for a few minutes before serving.
