Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons black pepper

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by rinsing it under cold water and patting it dry with paper towels.
- Marinate the chicken by combining olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl and pouring it over the chicken. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the chicken by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the marinated chicken on a lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes.
