Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta (fettuccine or rotini)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: croutons for added crunch
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Prepare the chicken: If you haven’t pre-cooked the chicken, grill or boil it until fully cooked, then dice it into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, Caesar dressing, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir gently until well combined.
- Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Then fold in the chopped parsley and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Serve: Transfer the salad to a serving dish. Top with croutons for extra crunch, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Let the pasta cool before mixing with the dressing to avoid it becoming watery. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
