Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: roasted vegetables (bell peppers and zucchini)
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, then place the wraps seam side down.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
Notes
