Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture generously over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin side up. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (75ยฐC) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, let the chicken thighs rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley or thyme for a pop of color.
Notes
