A quick and customizable tortilla pizza made in an air fryer, perfect for cozy fall meals.
Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla (or gluten-free tortilla)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
- Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
- A drizzle of olive oil (optional, for crispiness)
- Fresh basil or oregano for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the tortilla on a clean surface, brushing one side with olive oil if desired.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce on top of the tortilla, leaving about a 1/2-inch border.
- Add shredded mozzarella and your choice of toppings.
- Air Fry the pizza for approximately 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil or oregano if desired, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Use a larger tortilla for better topping space. Don’t overload with too many toppings to avoid sogginess. Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
