Description

A quick and customizable tortilla pizza made in an air fryer, perfect for cozy fall meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla (or gluten-free tortilla)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
  • A drizzle of olive oil (optional, for crispiness)
  • Fresh basil or oregano for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the tortilla on a clean surface, brushing one side with olive oil if desired.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on top of the tortilla, leaving about a 1/2-inch border.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella and your choice of toppings.
  5. Air Fry the pizza for approximately 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil or oregano if desired, slice, and serve warm.

Notes
