Ingredients
- 1 cup of cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 bag (about 10-12 ounces) of frozen hash browns
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the frozen hash browns and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Notes
Use leftover chicken for convenience. Feel free to add extra cheese or customize with vegetables for added nutrition.
