Ingredients
4 flaky fish portions (e.g., snapper, halibut, cod)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 fresh lemon, sliced or juiced
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, dill)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the fish portions dry with paper towels.
Place the fish in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the olive oil over the fish.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper evenly over each fish portion.
