Ingredients
- Hojicha powder: 1 to 2 teaspoons
- Hot water: 2 to 3 tablespoons
- Milk of choice: 1 cup
- Ice: a full glass worth
- Sweetener (optional): 1 to 2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or simple syrup
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Add hojicha powder to a small cup or bowl. Pour in the hot water and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in your sweetener if desired.
- Fill a glass with ice. Pour the hojicha mixture over the ice.
- Add milk and give it a gentle stir.
- Taste and adjust the hojicha flavor as needed.
