Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add maple syrup, vanilla, and salt; blend again.
- Line a pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
- Freeze until firm, about 2-4 hours.
- Cut or break into pieces for serving.
