Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix the Liquid Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well.
- In the Crockpot: Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the creamy mixture over them, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Cook: Cook on low for 240-360 minutes or on high for 120-240 minutes, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Finish with Cheese: In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and allow it to melt into the sauce.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for a juicier dish. Add vegetables for extra nutrition.
