A comforting and creamy chicken dish made in the crockpot, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix the Liquid Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well.
  3. In the Crockpot: Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the creamy mixture over them, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  4. Cook: Cook on low for 240-360 minutes or on high for 120-240 minutes, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Finish with Cheese: In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and allow it to melt into the sauce.

Notes
