Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Season your chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add in the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary, and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Combine ingredients in the crockpot: Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the melted garlic butter mixture over the top. Make sure to coat the chicken well.
