Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- Layer the Ingredients: Place the chicken breasts on top of the broth. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken, followed by the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and minced garlic.
- Creamy Base: Cut the cream cheese into cubes and nestle them among the other ingredients in the slow cooker. Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 240-360 minutes or on high for 120-180 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred and Serve: Once the cooking time is up, shred the chicken right in the pot, mixing it well with the creamy sauce. Serve warm, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
