Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by placing it in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Mix the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream in a bowl until well blended.
- Combine the creamy mixture with the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it is well coated.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese on top about 15 minutes before serving and let it melt.
- Serve over rice or with your favorite bread, fluffing the mixture with a fork.
