Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cooking and shredding it, or using leftover rotisserie chicken.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, or use an air fryer for a healthier option.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the patties warm, and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overmix the ingredients and chill the mixture if too wet for easier handling.
