Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the sweet potatoes: Peel and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Season the slices: In a large bowl, combine sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and optional seasonings. Toss well.
- Air fry: Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket; work in batches if necessary.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Monitor closely towards the end.
- Serve up: Let cool slightly, serve warm, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
