Description
A simple yet delectable treat that combines crispy textures and delicious flavors, perfect for chilly days.
Ingredients
- Fresh or Frozen Ravioli (cheese, meat, or vegetables)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- Cooking spray or olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for approximately 5 minutes.
- Prepare the breading station by whisking the eggs in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the crumbs stick well.
- Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overcrowd it for even cooking.
- Cook the ravioli at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the cooked ravioli warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
Notes
Choose fresh or high-quality frozen ravioli for the best result. Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model to avoid burning.
