Description
Delightfully crispy air fryer potatoes with a golden exterior and fluffy interior, perfect as a side dish for any fall meal.
Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes (russet or Yukon gold)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into even-sized cubes or wedges, about 1 to 2 inches thick.
- Season the potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Air Fry the potatoes: Place seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness: Potatoes should be golden brown and crispy. If needed, air-fry for an extra 2-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy: Remove potatoes from air fryer, let cool slightly, sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the basket for optimal crunchiness. Customize seasonings to your preference.
