Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Start by rinsing the chicken tenders under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
- Set Up Your Breading Station: In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the Chicken: Dip each tender first in the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
