Ingredients
- 2 pieces of fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or your choice)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (or a gluten-free substitute)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Prepare your fish: Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Set up your breading station: Prepare shallow bowls with flour mixed with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Coat the fish: Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, dip in the egg wash, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Air fry the fish: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and place the breaded fillets in the basket.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
If you have leftovers, let them cool before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
