Description

A delicious and crispy air fryer fish recipe perfect for cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or your choice)
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (or a gluten-free substitute)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Prepare your fish: Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Set up your breading station: Prepare shallow bowls with flour mixed with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  3. Coat the fish: Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, dip in the egg wash, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Air fry the fish: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and place the breaded fillets in the basket.
  5. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
