Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas (15 oz), rinsed and drained
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Your favorite spices or herbs for additional flavor


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chickpeas by rinsing, draining, and patting dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
