Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas (15 oz), rinsed and drained
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Your favorite spices or herbs for additional flavor
Instructions
- Prepare the chickpeas by rinsing, draining, and patting dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a medium bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove the chickpeas from the basket and let them cool for a few minutes.
