Ingredients
- 1 pound potato gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the seasoned gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness at 12 minutes, and add time if needed.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking. Experiment with herbs and spices for enhanced flavor.
