Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Prepare the chicken by arranging the breasts in a greased baking dish.
- Make the sauce by combining sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken with the creamy mixture.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
