Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Prepare the chicken by arranging the breasts in a greased baking dish.
  3. Make the sauce by combining sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat the chicken with the creamy mixture.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the cheese.
