Description
A warm, hearty meal featuring boneless chicken breasts simmered in a creamy ranch sauce, perfect for cozy nights.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, combine the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix until well blended.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and let it simmer in the creamy ranch sauce for about 10 minutes. The sauce will thicken and infuse the chicken with flavor.
- Garnish your Creamy Ranch Chicken with fresh parsley and serve hot. This dish is fantastic over rice or with a side of roasted vegetables.
Notes
Don’t overcook the chicken for best texture; a meat thermometer can ensure it reaches 165°F. Fresh herbs can enhance flavor, and adjust creaminess by modifying broth to cream ratio.
