Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken and broccoli florets in a large mixing bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir over medium heat until melted.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Notes
